Hi nmae name is Tonya and I started today when I first started the carb life style I weighted 249 and now Im down to 243 I al so excited and know this is the right choice for me

I have be looking at LCBB forums for about a year. In that time I have lost 30 pounds. I have gone off and on the wagon, but I know this lifestyle is right for me. Yours is the best LC community I've seen. Today is my first day and I'm glad to be here!
