What are you adding to your diet?
I am just looking for ideas as to what everyone is adding to their diet at Phase II? It's 20 carbs - and I've been adding fruit and I'm loving it! Feels like I am really getting everything I need now. I did find an Orange Juice yesterday too that has 1/2 calories and 1/2 the sugar...low carbs, but didn't buy it because I have no room in my fridge right now. I did buy HOODS Carb Control milk. I'll be having my first glass at dinner tonight! I'm pumped about that. Just looking for some other ideas...

You're supposed to add 'good carbs'... like higher carb veggies, fruit & whole grains.
I've done well with adding fruit. I also tried whole grain bread before and I think it slowed me a little but didn't stall me so I was ok. I've also added veggies like beans, tomatoes, carrots.... Hope that helps... let me know how it goes!! |
