    Talking 20 lbs. GONE!

    OH YEAH, OH YEAH!!! I am sooo proud to announce that I have officially reached my 20 lb. gone mark!!! I am so excited!!! Today is my weigh in day and I had lost 4 lbs!!

    NOW TO KEEP IT OFF FOREVER!

    I can't help but be excited, when I first started LC'ing in June, I had NO IDEA that I would be 20 lbs. lighter in just 2 months!! It still seems amazing to me how this plan works!

    OH, YEAH!!! I was so happy to see your post...isn't that incredible???

    Now, not to rain on your parade, but don't get discouraged when the loss slows down a bit...remember how FANTASTIC today feels and press on to the goal!!! You are doing GREAT!

    Believe me, I know exactly what you mean!! I still have a LONG road ahead of me and I realize that the weight loss will slow down considerably. But for now, I'm enjoying every bit of it while I can!!
