Now this is funny!!!

So, tonight is our monthly meeting at the great "Clarksville Boat Club".... Ok, it's our local social club, and I'm a member. In March they set up the committees for the year. When I looked at the Monthly function (ok, call it dinner!), I see that I am the chairman for the May committee.

This might not sound like much, normally.... but this is the person that plans the dinner for the montly fund raiser/social gathering. Honestly, they shouldn't give this to a single guy! So, I asked them....

Do you like hot wings in Franks Hot Sauce, green salad (Ranch on the side), and eggs? I got the funniest looks! Then, most folks said, "I like wings"... So, guess what... We're going to have a low carb feast in May!!! Awesome, eh? Well, I say that, but everyone is supposed to bring a dessert too... not me though.

I just thought this was too funny and had to post!

A little off topic, but we had a pontoon (27') a while ago when the kids were growing up. Does that qualify me for membership in the Boat Club? I'm only asking because I want to crash your wing fest.

Sure!!!! Come on up!!! This is small town America and you'd be welcomed with open "wings"!!!

I'll give you directions... Come north on the Mississippi River. Reach Lock and Dam #24... come south 1/4 mile and see the docks... ask for Rick. They'll know me.
