.
. I am just starting (have I said that enough times thru out my posting hehehe). I walked three days in a row. The first day at the 1/2 mile point I was so outta breath that I had to turn around! Same thing the 2nd day. Well, today I walked a little farther AND there were dips and rises along the way (more exhertion sp) and yah ... I was outta breath (specially at the end!) but NOTHING like the first and second day. I know it will get easier soon and I won't feel like I have asthma (sp) (I don't) and can't breath. I could hardly talk that first day. OMGosh! I was so embaressed.... . . .

Re: Outta Breath....
But look how fast you're already improving!! Compare that first day to the third day you described -- WAHOOOOOO!!!!
And the exciting thing is: it will get better, and better, and better yet!! |
