I'm 132, down 3 in a week of pure indusction. I wanna lose 10 more in next 2 months. Please, may I?

Well, good for you! You're definitely doing better than I am. I've been eating right and getting my exercise, and can't make the scales budge. Definitely in a stall here, which is frustrating but I knew I was due for one. It'll start going again soon I hope. Still at 213 for me.

I'm down 59.7 lbs so far, since 1/16/06. STarted at 322.5, now 262.8. I'd sure like to make it to 60 by 4/16/06, just so I can say I lost 60 lbs in 3 months. That'd be kind of neat!

no more weight loss (yet) but I started walking again and my knee is still holding together, so hopefully!

Whoo Hooo!!!! Finally!!! The scales showed some movement in a big way today. The work is finally starting to pay off again. Been working out hard this week and today I got a 4 lb whooshie!!! Down to 209 from my original 250 on Jan 1st of this year.

CONGRATULATIONS!! ![]() Kathy, I'm so glad you can walk again and that your knee's holding up. What happened? It must feel so great, now that spring is here (finally!) to be able to get outside again!

ah Sarah, my knee...well I tried to start walking in January and it just got stiff and sore and I could barely walk and/or bend it. Went to my DR, got a referral for physical therapy and my hubby got let go from work. So I stop walking and do nothing for 2 months, it feels better. Now he's working again, I started really slow walking and it's getting stiff again, so the injury is still there. This time, I'm going to the PT before I make it impossible to walk!
So the short answer is I don't know what I did but I know I don't want to do it again. The PT suggested that maybe I had 2 issues going on and would address those in weekly therapy so hopefully I can get back to that after next week. Kathy
