New plan of attack

I am trying something new. I have created a pecial journal for this, all the details there. I will do it (meat lover's plan) for 2 -4 weeks and see how I go.

I have a great article about it which I will try to put here but I suspect it is too long! Yep, it timed out. I'll do it in 3 or 4 posts titled Pennington Diet. It is very interesting.

You can eat steak and potatoes! That got your attention. But that is ALL you can eat.
