It appears that they will mail stuff to your house to fill out, but I didn't get any errors not listing my phone number.

Remember, must have lost over 30lbs and kept it off for over a year. I'm not sure if that includes anyone still trying to lose weight or not, but it can't hurt trying to sign up!

I'd register but I've only kept my 30+ lbs off for about a week! Just got there, and it's gone for good!!! My congratulations to those of you who are eligible! Keep up the great work.
