Hi ladies! Having a good day today -- this morning, I broke the 60-lb lost line!! I'm so excited.

Since I've been eating more (still VERY low carb, little more protein, lots more fat -- primarily olive oil, almond oil, and avocado) and doing some light exercising in the morning to get going (still do a "real" workout in afternoon/early eveneing), my weight has started consistently going down.

AND the scale I use (Health-o-Meter) says that my body fat is going down and my lean body mass is going up!!
