CV Equipment!
How many of you do your Cardio Vascular excercise in the gym on machines?
If so do you have access to the rough amounts of calories you have burnt on them? I am thinking of setting up a new challenge and need to know a bit of back ground info behind the members here before kicking it off. Thanks Rich

Re: CV Equipment!
You might check out fitday, as well. I think it gives the calories burned.
Also, Spark People. And, yes, I do my exercises on the cardio equipment, and it really depends on a few things: - which program you use (whether you use manual, random, or some other pre-defined one) - which level you set it at (intensity/hardness) - the speed you go (whether it be rowing, biking, treadmill, stepper, elliptical, cross ramp or whatever) - your weight (and I hate to mention that, but it's true) |

Re: CV Equipment!
Sometimes gym, and sometimes it's a walk outside. BUT - at our gym, some machines (eg treadmill) lewt you set your weight and give an accurate calorie count. Others, (eg bike) don't. So there is no real way to properly assess it without your weight being considered.
