About a book
Living the low Low Carb life
from Atkins to the Zone Jonny Bowden http://www.jonnybowden.com/blogger.html I really liked this book, he talks about a bunch of diets and explains why he likes or dislikes about the diets and about a lot of other things. any one else read it sandi

I haven't read that one... I did just get The Low-Carb Bible that covers a bunch of diet similar to what you read but I haven't read that yet either... warm weather is coming... maybe I can start sitting on the porch and reading...

A porch, I would love a porch, if I ever move I want a fireplace and a porch. anyway I didnt read that book, let me know if you think its worth getting. i love reading and I find if I can read about the diet and all, it keeps me motervated
