Alright- Who's doing what these days?! Sound off!
So many ways to accomplish our fitness goals!
So? Who's doing what? Sound off!!Me? Well, I'm doing Jazzercise 5 days a week. Karate twice a week, and I do one video at home a week (On Fridays cuz there's no Jazzercise class). Sundays I do this: NOTHING. LOL I've committed to 1400 minutes of exercise for the month of November and am just about 31% of the way there already! So? Whatcha doin?

Well, actually... it will... but it won't do me much good that way! Yeah... I know, I really should get moving again. Maybe this board opening back up again will push me to it.

STEP ON THE TREADMILL RICK! lol lol lol.
Well heck, ya all know what I do.........CURVES CURVES CURVES! Work seven shifts a week. Four days a week strenght training on the circuit the other three more cardio. Weeeellll.........fact of the matter is I do something constantly there. Oh and Brook............YOU MADE ME START THIS EXERCISE STUFF!!!!!! Let's see...... four and a half years ago! Pat yourself on the back!! |

Ok, ok.... I get the point.
![]() Actually, I've been doing a good deal of walking outdoors, but with the cooler weather setting in, it's time to get it plugged back in, and take the boxes off... I had a short period of time below 200 and I want/need to get back there, and beyond.

All right..... Did a mile (all uphill outside in the rain tonight), then did 3 more miles on the treadmill this evening. So, my butt got moving.... hey, it's a start.

4 more miles outside today... my truck is in the shop, so if I wanted to go anywhere I had to walk... Did that instead of the treadmill. Not a bad day.

So, what.... did everyone quit already? It's been too quiet here.....
I've been ok over the holidays, though work has been more agony than exercise has. A bit of travel, but at least I've been getting outside and getting in some walking, even if not on the treadmill. I'll be back at that soon though, I promise. Anyone else?

I am primarily doing ZUMBA! I am taking three classes a week ... with the goal of also doing two classes of YOGA. I got a new PILATES DVD for Christmas (has five short ten minute workouts you can do in any order or to stack). I have not yet tried 'em out ... but this week I will!
